Age 13 and older do not need guardian permission to create an account.New to YouthCheck Getting Started: 1.
Register to create your account o Provide your contact information and designate emergency contacts o Add any medical or allergy information you want included o Upload any documents such as waivers or release forms o If you have an existing KidCheck account, guardians can simply check a box to enable YouthCheck 2.
